Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek is an American actress. Her most well-known role is that of Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant on the HBO show Big Love and Francine Hanson on the AMC series Mad Men. Anne Dudek has gained fame as an American actress for portraying Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks which was a comedy from 2004. She was also well known as the character Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House and Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Dudek, who was raised in Massachusetts, attended Northwestern University and got her very first acting job in The Iphigenia Cycle. It was staged off Broadway in New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her outstanding performance. She was named one of the top 10 young actors in the theatre to be watched by American Theater Magazine. Dudek was offered roles on television as well as on the big screen. From 2008 to 2016, the talented actress got married to Matthew Heller. Dudek, born 23rd March 1975 in Boston Massachusetts but raised in Newton. When she was a child she was a student at Northwestern University where she performed in several theatre productions. Her debut on the stage was also her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). In 2000, her role in the role of The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group: A British Comedy-Drama marked her first appearance on television. The actress has appeared in a variety of TV programs, such as Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. The pilot episode of Psych she appeared as Lucinda, as well as in Law & Order Criminal Intent the female teacher who was who was in a relationship of homosexuality with a male student. Dudek was then offered a regular role on House from its fourth season, playing Amber Volakis one of the forty doctors under consideration by the Dr. Gregory House for permanent positions on his team. The character remained on screen throughout the season but was then killed off during the two-part finale, Wilson's Heart and House's Head. Then, she returned in the show's episode Saviors in Season 5 as the hallucination of House. Dudek continued to appear as House for the remainder of the series. Dudek made an appearance as a character on Mad Men, as the neighbor who lived next to Francine Hanson. Also, she played the antagonistic spouse of Alby Grant on Big Love. Both roles were repeated. Dudek was as a character in Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of the her character. Other film roles she has played include Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
